These Terms govern the purchase and use of services offered on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Seller

2. Services
The description, content and final price of each service are shown on the Pricing page. Each service also states how and when it is delivered.
Astrological consultations and materials are provided for informational and self-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and are final. No additional fees are added at checkout.
Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the secure payment page of Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT). We do not receive or store your card details.
For the course, payment in monthly installments may be offered as an alternative. The full course price is always shown as the main price.
4. Delivery of services
Course: lifetime access in the personal account immediately after successful payment.
Consultation: an online video call (Zoom or Telegram) at a time agreed with the client after payment.
Written reading: delivered to the personal account within 3 days after payment.
Program credits: added to the account immediately after successful payment.
5. Account
Access to purchased services is provided through a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for linking your Telegram account to restore access if needed.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, texts and software are protected by copyright. They are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, resold or shared with third parties.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.
8. Liability
Decisions made by the client based on consultations or materials are the client's own responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first and, if no agreement is reached, by the competent courts of Albania.
