Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that no more than 1 lesson has been opened.

After 14 days, or once more than 1 lesson has been opened, the course is not refundable.

A consultation can be cancelled with a full refund or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time, or the client does not attend, the payment is not refunded.

A written reading can be cancelled with a full refund until it is delivered. Once it has been delivered to your account, it is not refundable.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Credits that have already been spent are not refundable.

If we are unable to provide a paid service for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.

Write to invincidle1@gmail.com from the email of your account, stating the service and payment date. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the same card used for payment, in euros, within 14 days. Depending on your bank, the money may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your card.
